Jacky's car has a damaged part of the automatic door, but it takes half a year to order. So find us to help if we can recreate a strong and durable part through 3D printing.
In the first step, since the parts are quite complicated, we chose to scan the parts with a high-precision 3D scanner, generate STL 3D files, and modify some unscanned positions with Blender.
The second step is to print PA12 high strength ductile nylon material with MJF industrial 3D printer.
The third step, from the scan to get the finished product, only need 5 days. Jacky got the parts and assembled them. He thought it was very good. The size and position were all right.
