【Usage Tips】
 
 
 
Prepare the Surface: Remove the transparent protective film before use. Ensure both the print bed and the Vision Encoder surface are free of debris so the grid pattern remains clearly visible.
 
 
 
Thermal Stability: Always perform calibration with the heated bed at room temperature. Placing the Vision Encoder on a hot bed can cause thermal expansion, leading to measurement errors.
 
 
 
System Check: Ensure your tool head camera is clean and free of lens contamination or HMS errors before beginning the process.

 
【Important Note】
 
The Vision Encoder is a precision calibration tool, not a print surface. Do not print directly onto the Vision Encoder; doing so will cause permanent damage to the Vision Encoder and may interfere with your printer's motion system. Always remove the Vision Encoder immediately after calibration and store it in a safe, dry location.
