Bambu Lab TPU 85A (Softer & More Flexible)
As the softest filament in the Bambu Lab TPU series, TPU 85A offers exceptional flexibility and resilience.
- Ideal For: Impact-absorbing parts such as protective cases, squishy fidget toys, and soft cushioning elements.
- Compatibility: Bambu Lab H2S, H2D/H2C (right filament inlet only), and P Series 3D Printers.
- Recommended Nozzles: 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm.
Bambu Lab TPU 90A (Harder & More Structural)
With a higher hardness than TPU 85A, this filament provides greater structural integrity while retaining flexibility.
- Ideal For: Shoe soles, RC tires, and functional components that require both flexibility and strength.
- Multi-Material Printing: TPU 90A can be printed seamlessly with PLA and PETG using dual-nozzle 3D printers like the Bambu Lab H2D and H2C, making the fusion of rigid and soft materials a reality.
- Compatibility: Bambu Lab H2S, H2D/H2C (right filament inlet only), P Series, and A Series 3D Printers.
- Recommended Nozzles: 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm.

【Note】
- TPU 85A and TPU 90A are not compatible with AMS, AMS Lite, and AMS 2 PRO.
- Both TPU 85A and TPU 90A require manual loading and cannot be loaded automatically using AMS.
- TPU 85A cannot be loaded through a PTFE tube and must be loaded directly into the extruder.
- TPU 90A can use a PTFE tube, but it should be connected to the dedicated load port at the back of the printer. When loading the TPU 90A filament, first disconnect the PTFE tube above the tool head. Once the extruder is successfully engaged, reconnect the tube.
- After loading the filament, it is recommended to secure the AMS HT to prevent the position of the filament outlet from shifting, which could increase loading resistance and cause print failure.
