After completion, we'll send a screenshot for your approval before starting full-color 3D printing. The entire process takes about 10-14 working days. To maintain high production standards, production time may vary depending on the doll's complexity. For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm completion by YOUR deadline.

Our professional designers create each 3D model from your AI-generated image. While we strive for accuracy, a 100% match to the original image cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to reproduce the image and its details. You may request up to two revisions after reviewing 3D model screenshots. Please provide clear instructions for each revision.

We utilize full-color 3D printing technology, which combines inkjet coloring with 3D model construction. However, please note that, similar to 2D inkjet printing, slight color variations (e.g., darker tones or reduced saturation) may occur compared to the design. For peace of mind, we offer a free color proof (one time only; additional proofs are HK$200 each). This will add approximately one month to production time. If you don't request a color proof, your order will proceed directly to printing, indicating your understanding and acceptance of potential color variations.

Our AI dolls are 3D printed using resin. To prevent damage, deformation, or discoloration, please avoid impacts or collisions, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures, and contact with or immersion in liquids containing chemicals or alcohol.
